1. All dogs must have inoculations against Distemper, Hardpad, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Para-influenza, Parvo Virus and Kennel Cough. All Certificates MUST be up-to-date.
2. Honeybottom Kennels retains the right to refuse admission to any dog for whatever reason. Due to changes in the law, and our insurance, with regards to dangerous dogs act 2023, any dog we feel fits the dangerous dogs profile will be refused admission.
3. Whilst every possible care and attention is given to each animal boarded at these kennels, we cannot be held responsible for loss, either from illness or other causes
4. I give permission to Honeybottom Kennels to sign, in my absence, for any emergency vet treatment as necessary whilst in the care of the kennels. I understand that Honeybottom Kennels will make every effort to contact the emergency number I have supplied in order to give up-to-date information regarding any necessary medical care required by my animal.
5. All dogs will be charged boarding for the day of arrival. If collected before 12 noon on the day of departure, no charge will be made for that day
6. No dogs will be RECEIVED or RELEASED other than in normal business hours which are Monday to Friday 9.00 - 16.00, Saturday and Sunday 9.00 - 13.00.
7. All new customers will be required to pay a £100 non-refundable deposit or full payment (whichever is smaller) to confirm the booking. Details on how to pay will be sent out when we have made your provisional booking. Bookings cancelled more than 2 weeks before the start date, deposits will be carried forward to future bookings.
8. If a booking is made and less than 48 hours notice, prior to the start of the booking, is given to cancel or amend, full payment is expected for the period booked.
9. All prices are subject to VAT (currently at 20%)
10. Boarding fees must be paid prior to collection by bank transfer, cash or card ONLY.
11. All toys, etc are left at the owners’ risk. The kennels will not be held responsible for loss or damaged items.
12. Sharing can only be undertaken where animals are from the same ownership/family and written permission is given.
13. Pregnant bitches and bitches in season are boarded at owners’ risk.
14. Medication will be administered as instructed by the owner. We will not be held responsible if there are any adverse reactions to prescribed medications.
15. All Animals are covered by our insurance. Our insurance covers accident or injury of an animal should it be deemed that we have caused the accident or illness. Our insurance DOES NOT cover pre-existing conditions or if something happens to your animal which is out of our control, i.e. strokes, fits, etc
16. I will notify Honeybottom Kennels of any change of personal details or medical conditions.
17. GDRP - we will only use your details to make contact with you with regards to your bookings and nor for sales, marketing or promotional reasons
18. Social Media - from time to time we may take photos of you dogs while they are staying with us and use the photos on social media. Photos will only be published after your dog has gone home. If you do not wish for your dog to be photographed, please let us know.
